Q. What if I forget my mySlurp Name and/or Password?

A. See if your parent saved the email we sent when you registered. Your mySlurp Name and Password are in there.

If not, you’ll have to start over on the Entry Form. Sorry! Be sure to write down your new mySlurp Name and Password in a safe place.

Q. My child is having trouble with some aspect of mySlurp.com. Who can he/she contact for help?

A. In order to protect the privacy of our young visitors, Campbell's® does not communicate directly with children. We ask that you please contact customer service, specifying the problem that your child is having with our site. If you know what computer Operating System and Browser your child is using, that will be helpful as well. We will reply to you as quickly as possible.

Q. What information are you collecting on this site, and how will it be used?

A. The only personally identifiable information we collect on mySlurp.com is a parent’s email address (so we can notify you that your child wants to participate or if your child wins a prize). This information will only be used to administer the sweepstakes, and will be removed from the records when the promotion ends.

The other information we collect is not personally identifiable. It includes your child's date of birth (to determine eligibility) and his/her zip code (which is not required).

If your child types in a friend's email address for Tell a Friend or Slurp Saver, that address is not saved in our records.

In addition, we collect statistics such as how many visitors view each page of mySlurp.com. This data helps us make our websites more enjoyable to visitors. It cannot be linked back to you or your child.

Q. Does the mySlurp.com website use cookies?

A. mySlurp.com uses cookies, which are small pieces of information that we temporarily store on your computer while you or your child is using our site. When you visit mySlurp.com, a cookie tells us whether you've visited us before or are a new visitor. Another cookie enables us to give your child access to features of the site that are only available to registered users. This second cookie expires each time you or your child leaves mySlurp.com.

Q. What if my child has forgotten his/her mySlurp Name and/or Password?

A. The email we sent you when your child first registered contains his/her mySlurp Name and Password. If you do not have that email, your child will have to start over on the Entry Form.
